Is RIP John Mccain supposed to be a political non sequitur?
What does John Mccain teach us? He was a prisoner of war. He lost the election. He went to Vietnam.
Was all of this essentially pointless? Why not be a hedonist instead? Was it all in vain? It seems he got treated poorly permanently for doing the right thing.
The veterans get treated poorly, ironically for helping our country. VA affiliates can be aholes. Are you better off just siphoning like the civilians?
Why even show up? Being a POW seems extremely traumatic in addition to not being honored. Look at how many people do whatever they want and get away with it. If he is a joke, I don't get it.
