don't take this the wrong way seeing others myself included their 'token' traits and seeing them in a good endearing light the racist characteristics of different demographics their opposite and being loved and cherished

 so here was a little story in the warrior transition battalion (wtb) in georgia i remember when i met more of the 'puerto ricans' (not so well aware of exactly who they were before then) so where i was going with this was their stories could make pretty good sense sometimes and they weren't just lazy shysters scamming the system and then you learn from those people (and others the people claiming ptsd or other stuff while we're all afraid we're gonna get hospitalized again) while we're having good times bringing coronas to the hotel outside the gate and having a laptop or going to the pool walking to the subway at the truckstop gas station within my low budget as a pfc what i could get while also loving being in the barracks right next to the chow hall too

so i'd think of how cool asian stuff can be some of that would be like thinking of asian stereotypes for home owners taking off shoes at the entrance or having a landline phone the look and feel of it the real mindset tea and rice for a long time i've had a real good time going over to other peoples places and enjoying watching them in their habitat like a construction worker single dad who liked to make some hamburger queso when he got home from work maybe have some beers and put a vhs in to watch a movie while me and his son he'd be playing counter strike another was a friend from university his decorated pad his gentrified neighborhood life after college poverty grunginess roommates the upstairs of the historic house miles from campus with bud to get by on and mortal kombat in the living room with the couch

was it wrong to embrace this or amplify this so some of that could be like blacks and rock and roll and that whole loop of confusion over sex with white women see cuckolds see pregnancy see interracial sex um so the hated traits of someone turned into characteristics that are loved the innocence the childishness the humor the intelligence the professionalism um

others out there too mexicans or illegal aliens the look of a rolling stones documentary ole ole ole the paint the bodega goods for sale the hot food enchiladas tacos quesadillas the marijuana the drug trafficking and money laundering um the freedom and wild side a peer in public school who got tatts at a young age and later was a motorcyclist that american charm

so our parents and the older generation america truly being a 'melting pot' the different ethnics and their aisles at the grocery store and ethnic grocers the signature dishes for that white trash fresh off the boat neo nazi the n word maybe that's the wrong way but it'd be like you go to a restaurant in america and they way they present other stuff mexican el salvadorean soul food comfort food that style like accentuating some traits

the cartoony look the exaggeration the rough and poor products out there the store brand or hot deli prepped items um the lifestyle the weather and dress the way of life influences from big name celebs too um filipinos with ramens or gambling
