my current luray habitat the analysis of the opportunities the ceiling and the potential so the days unfolding here after coming up on year 4 here the exciting presentation of the country

 ok so a first lesson was it is not quite entirely walkable so with that in mind it is possible to get to the walmart shopping center through past the airport on the hill but that introduces the car so i have my insurance and my loan on it um what all is there really to drive around here to so taco bell and groceries walmart or food lion that's most of it then there's further out stuff in the region harrisonburg new market woodstock massanutten front royal alexandria winchester manassas west virginia stanley there's some of the choices of places to eat at in page county mcdonald's burger king subway hot bar food um hardee's dominico's anthony's il vesuvio the mimslyn inn jess's brookside

ok so there's the huge assist with my parents being nearby so them driving me places and helping with errands the va appointments um costco so their house and them cooking the blackstone griddle the traeger smoker the oklahoma joe's grill their porch their living room and when my brother would come to town with his family um their pool in the summer so the exercise too just walking up the street to them then walking back to my house

so there's something my house my privacy so there's the music studio to record guitar and piano um there's the painters studio with canvases and acrylic paints brushes and other stuff there's the miniature desk to paint miniatures there's the vinyl sound system for listening to records though i quit those i think um there's the cable tv my shelves with books dvds and other reading material mags there's the kitchen the couches um my bedroom my guest bedroom

so the golf course surrounding me um using the keurig at home to save money on coffee or caffeine um so the internet and online publishing um so material shared online those ideas and that material um so seeing the neighbors walking the dog um

sobriety um good food so there's in town with main street and that more expensive stuff um there's a few parks around here and there is the places to hike the outdoors and nature shenandoah valley skyline drive there's lifting weights in my garage there's reading books in bed there's sitting in the recliner seeing what's on cable tv um so the art community here and all the nearby resellers with used stuff

options for a sleepover or a guest but other factors like no drugs or not getting used um the weekly trips back to northern virginia the shopping up there and the differences the restauarants um pack a bag and ride up other stuff up there washington dc fort belvoir national harbor

so the poets life the creativity the retirement the disability the hobbies the perserverance the resilience um taking meds thinking of what there is to do so the concerts that were on main street the relax boho lifestyle dog with me parents nearby meals mornings shopping internet online um time and energy into projects freedom prepping

looking forward to holidays and events newly built properties and more people and traffick maybe my property value will increase so being alone and independent um the skatepark not using that anymore um boe's produce stand 

the porches the fresh air the lawn the best part of town the most expensive neighborhood probably right by the good places to get a bite at or shop to stock up the kitchen
