6 of the best times of my life ever

1. vcu so this was the ultimate fun time of my life um i get there in the summer right after beach week and graduating high school um there's the summer with the job at the ice cream shop and the house parties so i get there and unpack (later times i'd take the train there and back by main street in shocko bottom the city high rise part of town) at the dorms where it is like a unending vacation (nice meals at the cafeteria and my meal plan) um so many people and so many opportunities there's me drinking then there was when i was smoking (cigs and buds) those unbelievable highs um there's each portion of it like when at the end i was poverty stricken going to write a book or create some masterpiece (though i sort of couldn't afford my supplies or how much free time in that world) um so there's freshman year being at the dorms on campus brandt that building on the 17th floor the suite with my suite mates then there's my first apartment that room and jobs i had getting fired from the commonwealth club and other activities some skateboarding being introduced to bob dylan then there was stephen and walmart the artists dream hanging out with people through corey cameron dexter jack james jono marty ben ben um
2. germany so i fly there um it is a completely different experience (everything is different) um in the unit i am keeping my military bearing (at all the formations and pt and motor pool or other stuff) and it's stressful um i think too of the awol adventure being a six string soldier so i bought a acoustic electric guitar and with all the money i saved up (i think i saved up 10k or so i was going to try paying off my student loan) i paid to stay in different hotels (going to wurzburg the college town on tv the rolling stones) and played a few places (open mics) um i recorded my album (i think that was mostly 'the teletones - ghost lovin'' and i guess later stuff happening being hospitalized and sent home (rather back to ga) um so the trip to spain the beaches um gym and library (exercising my mind and body) and seeing the down town the country side the brothels (schweinfurt before it closed deustchland) um being active duty so over there my roommate schobel and my coworkers going out drinking (the carnival other stuff nightclubs museums) my notebooks i was writing in my aunt and munich um
3. georgia so my first arrival coming from fort meade dinfos um being introduced to more tradoc coed fortunately um the two sides completing ait for radio school certificates then the wtb warrior transition battalion (so much more freedom and time trying xbox 360 finally) so the rigmarole the activity look out the window and all these units training formations marching (the memory of friends in um personalities and lessons) then the glimpse of freedom with being on the way out of the military so seeing some georgia the golf course the down town city (a on a boat fishing trip at night) this being land locked um the different southern way um smoking spice so the mil crowds people in the uniform and ways of what you could do my high self esteem (winter visiting chinatown dc and going to shakespeare theatre performances) um the post exchange (past barton field and the other stuff on the map woodworth library the other gym the news paper) there walking everywhere battle buddies the hospital the 13th floor dr hines and getting closed out with a paycheck for life (that high from that) introduced to prescriptions (first there was haldol a first generation one and looking up stuff on wikipedia) the cadre and people in passing cars going off post (a time at black church) taxis hotel parties drinking um the sunlight looking different the lands different drinking (blues and practicing guitar) with puerto ricans the hotel pool the hotel bar people mixed with the phase privileges
4. middle school so after elementary school (and when we moved from front royal) being starting right on the line of puberty (watching cable getting a guitar) so staying at my parents house and my room and more rolled out um the hobbies back then so going to public school (the famous school building that used to be the high school for that movie with remember the titans) the girls being on the computer at home the aol and aim instant messenger (people sneaking out) back then um skateboarding and the neighborhood playing with people around the blocks um sports baseball football basketball um (hoping to someday go to college) so where we were living hanging out with rich kids the ski trips getting into tech decks getting into music first shows and drinking having crushes
5. luray so moving again um going to harrisonburg (more veterans affairs appointments) a change around then in meds new movies and other projects i made so my house being bigger and nicer the countryside (some points of interest the air port the country club the walmart the shopping center in town main street um the catholic church) the over night trips to alexandria again um my house and that style my new car then the 2019 ford escape freedom disability retirement
6. bucknell so a focal point on this being one buying my first house and two partying in dc so drinking with famous music playing walking to the huntington metro going to the mvc sex shop um my house being rock and roll renting part of it out the work done on it additions um the cars i had back then my hardtop mini cooper the cleaners cleaning my property the office in belle haven um initial recordings and projects being back from the army going to dr michener's back then also those scary times back then obama um made it through though
