i got groomed with illegal drugs and truly learned some realistic lessons like blogging rock and roll comedy business entrepreneurship branding i got exposed to cheap thrills and wild months of the next day glow as education

so here's a little bit of a testimonial i had a very 'refined' exposure to some 'illegal' drugs and some unrepeatable once in a lifetime experiences so the drug dealers truly knew what they were doing really catering to me and grooming me up

there was when i set out instead of getting a bachelor's degree instead to truly master some hobbies i had whether that was rock and roll or writing a book so 'living the dream' or having some real life lessons about entertainment or a calling

so these drug dealers really did some good jobs at times there was me smoking cigarettes drinking booze and then having some money to get high on marijuana while i advanced with other stuff creativity originality comedy guitar fashion

i fortunately didn't really have any legal trouble and i took it pretty far um also there was exposure to other stuff like modern cryptocurrency or legal money laundering where you can be financially successful and smart about what works

so the dealer could be like a psychiatrist almost and the social work back then so being wild being free being bohemian um and getting a little bit rescued with the military after that no real troubles anymore easy coasting along for the rest of my days

i can't do that stuff again it's in some ways not as possible it's just some being at the right spot at the right time and making the most of what i had to truly 'make lemonade when life gives you lemons' and how much fun i had

i could've got in big trouble but didn't

 I'll tell you my story on this one. I got stationed overseas. My unit and I were about to deploy to Afghanistan. I was in debt from my student loan and reclassed from my MOS with my bonus. My peers basically told me I was going to become an amputee very shortly. (there's also a little bit of similarity to this and the Adam Driver story too). My unit covered down for me and basically asked what I'd be okay with. I basically got instructed to go AWOL (previously I saved up all my money to pay off my loan with by only eating at the DFAC chow hall) and I did. I first bought a guitar and then used my savings on hotels. Previously another trivia bit was there was a ad in Ft Gordon for Smart Piggy and it said there were high interest rates I had some money in there before cashing out. So while AWOL I recorded what happened to be about the exact amount of a vinyl record in addition to other extra recordings for another album.
