a better world of your residence (fair greasey options for owners or rentals) my idea for building our community to foster creativity socializing and over all good times for all to be inclusive fun affordable with availabilities

 so here's some of my concept continued on the better built american community so another influence i may think of is walt disney's disney land amusement park so some of that being hotels nearby (a truly perpetual vacation) another was the different activities to do within walking distance all the things offered the food court or the rides or the shopping but so in reality making it more realistic and accessible too

so there's the public transit as a source of getting out in public getting that to run on time (overseas the train being right in the city munich) and if it's social at all things like the metro being picturesque too a walk that looks like a painting or poster um so drawing up the map of everything and integrating in some larping live action role playing (different interactive things ways of finding work or quests and less stresses in life more freedom and fun and liberty) so the festival vibe the outdoors cartoony clothes and stylish uniforms a home hearted president the food drink and bathroom and then too different games options for singles and couples and the commune cult like crazes

so things that can make the environment cool skateboarders and skate spots (see the charm of duke st) longboardable passages between stuff bicycles for light exercise motor bikes scooters being easy to get and maintain so those alternative transportation methods like vietnam or asian countries china

stuff i've seen again like a neighborhood shop the bodega so cosy and reminders of the dorms the mini fridge the futon tiny homes that blending in with the surroundings outdoor cats taken care of so the car used similar to a golf cart (easy and trouble free too no issues with inspections or maintenance or upgrades) so really getting a college campus vibe going (lots of customization too) whether that's the sports stadium and a sense of comradery or if it is the townies (both students and transplants a mix of whoever wants to get in with a new chapter) and other stuff gentrification and fun youths but that available for all ages so including everyone even the disabled or other demographics the different wealth statuses minorities or whomever presentable and tasteful getting accepted into this non offensive healthy gathering

so some landmarks to think of installing right within walking distance a cafeteria style eatery a simple street vendor zone with shops even boutiques (timeless fashions a butcher a deli a grocer a laundry mat um lots of carry out or dine in options chinese a little theatre or music venues) too skateboarder terrain here and there longboard hills easy streets for bikes and lots of occupied housing public artwork shown a free vibe where there can be surcharged extras or a membership status open mic nights

so the use of 'maps' like in thps video games where there can be other regions to lots of easter eggs like being like paris the city of love with french hipsters or all things attainable and paletted for whomever is interested dorks geeks musicians athletes drunks etc substance abuse the vices games and sex a city like a dungeons and dragons game a fantasy too

so with the car different things to bring in and get included with the mall (to load up with accessories for the place or walk and shop) lots of friends houses the drive to different stadiums (good concessions) any parks to lounge at or have a picnic at and getting your property adapted your own lounge your own cafe the use of computers and smart phones

now i am in a golf course neighborhood that embodies some of these sentiments so being on desolation row and happy with the retirement and coasting along with the family too a wholesome affordable life of comfort leisure relaxation

Was this actually to my niave innocent ignorance a extremely stupid idea?

 I'll tell you my story on this one. I got stationed overseas. My unit and I were about to deploy to Afghanistan. I was in debt from my student loan and reclassed from my MOS with my bonus. My peers basically told me I was going to become an amputee very shortly. (there's also a little bit of similarity to this and the Adam Driver story too). My unit covered down for me and basically asked what I'd be okay with. I basically got instructed to go AWOL (previously I saved up all my money to pay off my loan with by only eating at the DFAC chow hall) and I did. I first bought a guitar and then used my savings on hotels. Previously another trivia bit was there was a ad in Ft Gordon for Smart Piggy and it said there were high interest rates I had some money in there before cashing out. So while AWOL I recorded what happened to be about the exact amount of a vinyl record in addition to other extra recordings for another album.
