a little bit of a hobbies update as of today i don't want to be put in a bad place over something i could have avoided the smarter route being heeding warnings possibly despite hoping to see some other answer available

so here's the basic summary i heard and saw what i believe to be a factual warning and that is that if you continue with the hobbies there is potential for injury and me not wanting to get any injury and even that as a metaphor like a huge one that traumatized me was incarceration when i had that happen before my court date

another being maybe 'incorrect' momentum and not being able to stop other stuff that can go wrong drugs or keeping my mil benefits um

so the full run down (what i thought could go wrong)

  • guitar loving keith richards of the rolling stones but later details that i wouldn't want legal trouble his parents divorce so as a musician even warnings of pseudo homelessness
  • piano another was avoiding tattoos however stuff like that happens to people
  • video complaints not wanting to deal with police or courts
  • writing a pen name
  • blogging being trolled being slandered
  • painting staying disabled
  • miniatures not gaming or gambling
so basically i'd think like yeah i enjoy these parts of my life but a new bigger love of mine would be home ownership that comfort so centering on that

i guess reasons why maybe it'd work out ok different names to bring up when i liked harvey pekar though not working and also not getting a vasectomy according to that movie um scrooge different trending releases

i'd if possible keep continuing like if there's some new safe way to not give up um other parts having my parents be ok and my family um having my own voice

Was this actually to my niave innocent ignorance a extremely stupid idea?

 I'll tell you my story on this one. I got stationed overseas. My unit and I were about to deploy to Afghanistan. I was in debt from my student loan and reclassed from my MOS with my bonus. My peers basically told me I was going to become an amputee very shortly. (there's also a little bit of similarity to this and the Adam Driver story too). My unit covered down for me and basically asked what I'd be okay with. I basically got instructed to go AWOL (previously I saved up all my money to pay off my loan with by only eating at the DFAC chow hall) and I did. I first bought a guitar and then used my savings on hotels. Previously another trivia bit was there was a ad in Ft Gordon for Smart Piggy and it said there were high interest rates I had some money in there before cashing out. So while AWOL I recorded what happened to be about the exact amount of a vinyl record in addition to other extra recordings for another album.
